If you live in warm weather year round, know that I envy you.
I used to be that person, until I moved to a place where its cold nine months out of the year.
That means its a daily struggle to do the things I used to take for granted, like going for a quick run in just enough clothes to not be indecent, and being able to warm up quickly for a workout.
So when I ended up back home for 3 months during the summer this year, I soaked ip as much of the sun and warmth as I could.
While everyone else complained how hot it was, I was letting that sunshine and heat seep into my skin in hopes of preserving some for when I returned to winter weather.
As a result I did my workouts outdoors, every chance I got. And with not much gym equipment available, I had to get a little creative.
Enter the Odd Object workout (check out Part 1 if you missed that previous blog post)
This can be done with or without extra weight, using whatever weighted object (that you can hold with both hands) available.
